Madagascar is so full of potential! And we clearly noticed that since more and more people are keen when it comes to english language. Programs get huge number of registrations, english speaking schools open, and even businesses now not only train managers but also employees to speak Uncle Sam’s language.
Here is the thing, one can learn english and get a certificate; still, the environment remains not conducive to fluent speaking. Thus, a huge lack of practice leads to loss of skills, perhaps limbo. Truth is, the more the practice, the more the skills.
